2013 Scion tC RS 8.0

The Scion tC sports coupe is still even with the introduction of the new FR-S sports coupe and Scion celebrates its eighth year of strong production with a special new 8.0 release series model. Scion's Release Series Special Editions are already about as long as the TC has been. To date, seven limited-edition RS models, numbered from 1.0 to 7.0, produced since 2005. The latest release series, series 7.0, was created only in a color called yellow high voltage and Scion only 2200 examples. This year, the TC has the buyers now that the infamous FR-S has distributors, Scion reached as much of the design of the new model presented Toyota Racing Development and impressive design company Five Axis. The result is a 2,000-unit special edition called Release Series 8.0.

The car starts with a bright red color absolutely named Red. Five Axis has a full body kit, with specially badged side skirts, a black rear diffuser with central exhaust, and a new front splitter with a more aggressive look. Five Axis also has a red-black rear spoiler with a special plaque on RS8.0. Around the mid-gas from a bit more fun to build together with Scion Toyota Racing Development, a sport exhaust system with a louder sound. The car gets a lower position by the installation of TRD lowering springs, and the whole car ride to the top-18-inch glossy black alloy wheels.

Inside, the Scion interior with embroidered thread that specifically matches the exterior paint job and this thread on both the fabric sports seats and leather-covered steering wheel. Automatic transmission models get standard steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters. The 8.0 release series continues with the same 2.5-liter inline four-cylinder engine as before, that 180 hp and 173 lb-ft sent to the front wheels through either a manual gearbox or a six-speed automatic transmission. All this will cost you $ 22,545 with a manual or an automatic $ 23,595, including destination. The 2000 models will make their way to dealers next month.
