2013 Kia Carens Teaser

Kia is pretty smart. During these dog days of summer, when the news about as exciting as watching your grass is brown, the Korean car manufacturer for information about upcoming models in fairly quick succession, is to throw. First there was the announcement Quoris, the next-gen-forte, and now the teaser images of the Carens crossover.

Kia says the official launch of Carens on 27 September's Paris Motor Show. Based on Hyundai and Kia C-segment platform, similar to the unloved, the Carens Kia Rondo in function if not form, with space for five or seven. We love what we see from this trippy renderings, even if the Carens is no longer a Ford than anything at this moment in many a Kia dealer. The big question is whether Kia ready to have another chance on the sale of a large wagon crossover style in the U.S., given the cool reception the Rondo delivered during his short time here is to take.
