2013 Ford F-150

Ford officially took the wraps off the 2013 Ford F-150 this morning in Waco, Texas. Although not a dramatic overhaul, the new F-150 comes later this year a number of improvements, including new rosters, which is part of a fully dedicated to the dashboard-over-represented are included so that the pick-up from a close relationship with the Super Duty. Ford has also added high-intensity discharge lamps, headlamps as an option for 2013. There are also some new 18 - and 20-inch wheel option and the addition of MYFORD touch the cab of the F-150.

The incremental changes to Ford’s best-selling F-Series are a way pickups retains its fresh automaker, said Doug Scott, Ford truck marketing manager marketing. Instead of waiting for the next scheduled refreshing, pushing new features in Ford vehicles, when they become available. Last year, Ford renewed its powertrain options for the F-150, the addition of two V6 options.

Ford truck buyers seem to want to approach. Had sold in the past 13 months, more than half of all F-150s either a 3.7-liter V6 or a well-preserved Ford 3.5-liter twin-turbo EcoBoost V6 under its hood. Full-size pickups are the fourth largest segment in the United States, and Scott said the company thinks it could be the third largest growing segment in the coming years. "We are 1.6 million truck sales this year (for the segment) to follow," said Scott. "For our long-term forecasts of 2 million is not impossible."
