We have an in-person look at the new 2013 Ford F-150 SVT
Raptor, Ford in a meeting yesterday, and we have to say that Ford Stock
Photography is not this new "Terrain" color justice. Neither these
pictures, really, but Ford did not want us to shoot somewhere more suitable for
their updated SVT truck.
Terrain is a sandy beige color with a flat surface. It is
not boring, but it's certainly not reflective paint to modern standards. In
fact, it is very reminiscent of those wonderful old painting of the '30s and
'40s. (We can use a Ford Model a Business Coupe is present in the same color.)
This is not pejorative, since the SVT Raptor looks good in this industry
decided beige tone. Something about bizarre appearance, the only work of the
Raptors with the muted colors.
We have also calculated a few more details about the new
compliant beadlock rims. Among the 12-pin cosmetic trim rings are 24 holes,
already developed for the Ford Racing beadlock ring. The owners have to do is
